12 Teams with 3 teams playing at a time

I am a cross country coach and I am trying to schedule triangular (3 team) meets within our 12 team conference.  I want everyone to play every team at least once and no more than twice.  I would also like to have only 6 meets.

See my answer to a similar question here.  I don't believe it can be done in 6, so 7 meets would be necessary.  But perhaps the schedule linked to in the other thread would work - you would need to have one 4 team meet, and four 3 team meets.
