Bracket for 7 teams and events

HELP! 

I have been struggling trying to figure out how to make a bracket for our Beerlympics party this weekend.

We will have 7 teams (possibly 8 ) and 7 events (can give up or add events if makes it easier). Each team plays each other once and plays the event once. 

ANY help would be much appreciated!!

An odd number of teams is really a bad idea!  If you have 8 teams, then the Room Square is the way to go.
