This is the schedule for 11 or 12 teams (ignore the 1st col with the 12 in it, that team doesn't play that round):
11 or 12 players
Rd    Pairings
 1:   1-12   7-6   11-2    8-5   10-3    9-4
 2:  12-7    2-1    6-8    3-11   5-9    4-10
 3:   2-12   8-7    1-3    9-6   11-4   10-5
 4:  12-8    3-2    7-9    4-1    6-10   5-11
 5:   3-12   9-8    2-4   10-7    1-5   11-6
 6:  12-9    4-3    8-10   5-2    7-11   6-1
 7:   4-12  10-9    3-5   11-8    2-6    1-7
 8:  12-10   5-4    9-11   6-3    8-1    7-2
 9:   5-12  11-10   4-6    1-9    3-7    2-8
10:  12-11   6-5   10-1    7-4    9-2    8-3
11:   6-12   1-11   5-7    2-10   4-8    3-9
You will only play five games per round for eleven rounds so 3 fields and 2 time slots works out fine for one round.  You will need 11 rounds and each team will have 10 games.  Something like cols: 2,3,4 in the first time slot and 5,6 in the second.  The first named team in each pairing is home.

Thanks wbreport... anyway to modify that using only 3 fields? I think there will be 6 teams that play on one night and then 4 teams that play on the next night. So, I would need 3 fields one night and 2 fields the next night. I need each team to play a double header on their scheduled night, with each game being played against a different team.

There is no ideal solution to your problem since the number of games to play, 55, is not divisible by 6, the number of games each night.  The following is one possibility:

(C K) (E I) (G H)
(E H) (J K) (C I)
(G J) (---) (---)
------------------
(A E) (D K) (B J)
(A K) (B D) (E J)
------------------
(A H) (F G) (I K)
(G K) (H I) (A F)
------------------
(I J) (B G) (H K)
(H J) (G I) (B K)
------------------
(B C) (D F) (A J)
(A B) (D J) (C F)
------------------
(F I) (E K) (A C)
(F K) (C E) (A I)
------------------
(D G) (B I) (C H)
(D I) (C G) (B H)
------------------
(A D) (E G) (F H)
(E F) (A G) (D H)
------------------
(B F) (C J) (D E)
(B E) (F J) (C D)

So on the first night you must have 7 teams attend, each of the 7 teams gets to play a double header, however this can only be accomplished if there are 3 time slots.  If 3 time slots are not possible then you would have to play these first 7 games over two nights.

Hope that helps.
