Hello,
I am looking for a heuristic that will help me solve a round robin tournament for sixteen teams, minimizing the distance the teams have to travel.
Additional constraints are:
- max 3 consecutive home/away matches
- if team A plays B at slot t, than B may not play A at slot t+1
- start from hometown and end in hometown
All suggestions are welcome
