Round Robin Tournament Scheduling

I am looking for help setting up schedules for larger euchre tournaments. Normally, we have 24, 28, and sometimes 32 players and we normally play 10 rounds.
The goal is to never have the same partner more than once, and to play against everyone at least once. The last time we played, it was a 24 player tournament, and there were at least 6 or 7 people that I never sat at the same table with. I would like to avoid that, if possible. The next tourney we are having should be around 32 players and it would be nice to have some type of schedule. Can you help?
