Round Robin Tournament Scheduling

Is there a way to set up a playoff schedule with 9 teams?
It can be single or double elimination. This is for horseshoes, counting one "team win" for best two out of three games played against another team, NOT a point system for ringers, leaners, etc.
Any help you can give would be appreciated.
