Round Robin Tournament Scheduling

Hello,
I have a ten event day, with 7, 8, or 9 teams possible. each event has 2 teams competing. Each team needs to participate in each event with as many different partner teams as possible. Could someone help with this scheduling for each of the possible scenarios? We'd like to keep the day to as few rounds as possible as long as each team can compete in each event.
