Round Robin Tournament Scheduling

My father is organising a 4 day holiday for 16 people. 8 ladies and 8 men. He wants to group them so they play in fours 2 ladies and 2 men each day. ( four matches each day) how can they be organised so they don't play the same person twice.

Have a look at the schedule here. If you took the first four of these rounds, then each player would have 8 different opponents and 4 different partners. There will be some overlap, as it is possible that a partner may be seen on another day as an opponent. I have assumed you are playing mixed doubles, however the schedule will still be useful if all you need to do is define groups of 2 ladies and 2 men.
