I'm looking for a Euchre Tournament Schedule where you have a different partner each round and you play against different partners in each round with as little duplication as possible.

If you follow the schedules link above and then dial up Whist, you will be able to get a range of solutions for a multiple of 4 players; these are arranged so that that everyone partners everyone else exactly once and everyone opposes everyone else exactly twice.
If you don't want to play this many rounds, or don't have a multiple of 4 players, then there are a few alternative solutions that I have posted in the past. In particular:
multiples of 4 players
20 players & 10 rounds, 24 players & 12 rounds
36 players & 8 rounds, 40 players & 13 rounds, 44 players and 11 rounds
48 players & 12 rounds
other schedules
10 players & 15 rounds
14 players & 14 rounds
22 players & 22 rounds
