Title: 12 golfers for 5 days.....three foursomes

We go to Myrtle Beach every year............this year we have 12 golfers playing in three foursomes for 5 days.........I now we will have to play with each person more than once but whats the best case scenario for making up the teams?????.......Is there a formula?????...........can you please help me?????.....
