The 18 teams went so well, let' try 17. Here is the situation:
Teams 1-17
Tables A-H
Each team competes against each team once.
Each team competes on each table at least once.
No team competes on the same table in back to back rounds
Have the fewest possible teams compete on a table 3 times.
I tried making ghost team on the 18 team rotation but some teams did not compete on each table by the end of the day. Any help would be appreciated.
