I'm trying to develop a balanced schedule for 12 bocce ball teams in an 11 week league (playing once/week) with the following restrictions: each team is paired with another team exactly twice playing against 2 other teams that are paired, and each team plays against every other team exactly twice.  The weekly matches are played simultaneously on 3 courts.  Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I think you may be describing a Whist schedule for 12 players.  Follow the "pages that inspired the forum" link at the top of the page and then "Whist tables" to see an example.  Does this give you what you want?
