Title: 8 players in 2 foursomes over 12 weeks

I play golf with 7 other guys every Saturday -  2 foursomes.  There are no teams.  We want to have a schedule so that over the summer (about 12 times) we will play with each of the other 7 guys about the same number of times.  

Do you have an application that will create a schedule for this?
