Title: 5 teams, 4 players each over 16 weeks

I am trying to set up a round robin tournament for 5 teams, 4 players each, to play one another. A womens golf group. We only have 16 weeks. I'm guessing we need 19 weeks to play everyone.  Am I correct?  Can you tell me how to do a round robin tournament with the 20 women?
