With 14 weeks, the schedule can never be balanced in the sense that some players must have more matches than others.  But here is a possible solution:

   Court  1          Court 2          Byes
(10  4 v  7 12)  ( 8  2 v  5  1)  ( 3  9 11  6)
( 9  3 v  8 11)  ( 7  1 v  6  2)  ( 4 10 12  5)
( 3  2 v  7  4)  ( 1  9 v 12  5)  (10 11  8  6)
( 4  1 v  8  3)  ( 2 10 v 11  6)  ( 9 12  7  5)
(10 11 v 12  4)  ( 5  9 v  3  6)  ( 7  1  2  8)
( 9 12 v 11  3)  ( 6 10 v  4  5)  ( 8  2  1  7)
(11  1 v  3  7)  ( 6  4 v  8  9)  (12  5 10  2)
(12  2 v  4  8)  ( 5  3 v  7 10)  (11  6  9  1)
( 8  5 v 11  7)  (12  1 v  6  9)  ( 4 10  3  2)
( 7  6 v 12  8)  (11  2 v  5 10)  ( 3  9  4  1)
( 4 11 v  1  6)  (10  8 v  9  2)  (12  3  7  5)
( 3 12 v  2  5)  ( 9  7 v 10  1)  (11  4  8  6)
( 1  3 v 12 10)  ( 4  9 v  5  7)  (11  8  6  2)
( 2  4 v 11  9)  ( 3 10 v  6  8)  (12  7  5  1)

Players 1,2,5,6,7,8,11 & 12 have 9 games each and 5 bye rounds.
Players 3,4,9 & 10 have 10 games each and 4 bye rounds.

A player's 9 or 10 partners are all different.  All 11 opponents are seen at least once and at most twice.

Hope that helps.
