10 team round robin, groups of 6&4 doublehea

I need a schedule that has 10 teams.  Each week a team will play 2 games and cannot play back to back games.  we have four consecutive time slots across 3 fields.  trying to eliminate bye weeks.  extra games against teams you already played are ok.  does this need to be based on a 12 team schedule?

Can you explain what you mean in the title by "groups of 6&4 doublehea..."

Also I don't see what the bye weeks issue is.  In a week there are 4x3x2 opportunities for a team to play, so there are more than enough slots for each team to play twice.
